What’s Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace it with the same or a comparable product

What “Lifetime” Means

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable usable life of the product under normal use conditions, as determined by us.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, cosmetic damage)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Damage caused by accidents, environmental conditions, or improper maintenance

How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  2. Provide proof of purchase
  3. Include photos and a description of the issue

We may request that you return the product for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

 

 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have show signs of use, have been modified, or damaged by the customer

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
